Return Policy

In the event that you do not love the item you have purchased, we accept returns for store credit or exchange only.

Items must be in perfect condition in order to be accepted as a return (unused, unworn, with tags still attached).
We reserve the right to review all items before a store credit is given.
For in-store purchases, you have 5 business days to return the item.
For online purchases, you have 5 calendar days to request a return. If the return is approved, we must receive the item within 5 days of authorization.
All discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return!
Customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.

Process for Return

Send an email to shopcreativedesignsandgifts@gmail.com including the item(s) you are requesting to return as well as your name and order number.
You will receive a response within 48 hours regarding the next steps for your return.
Please allow us 5-7 business days to process the return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
